Welcome to the Lincoln Music School, based at Lincoln Heights Primary School. We offer affordable music lessons in violin, viola, guitar, recorder, flute, keyboard, and theory.
Classes are open to primary and intermediate school students age five and above, as well as to high school students and adults. See the Enrolment link at the top of this page or in the Menu options for Fees and to submit an enrolment form. Enrolment for 2026 is now open.
– Note that keyboard enrolments are currently full for 2026. We are accepting waitlist applications for any slots that open back up. –
The start date for 2026 Term 1 will be Saturday, February 14.
Lincoln Music School is based in Lincoln Heights Primary School, at 16 Keegan Drive, Massey.
Music lessons are generally 30 minutes long, and are on either Saturday mornings from 8:00am – 12:30pm, or Tuesday afternoons after school from 3:30 to 6:30pm. Most classes contain up to about five students.
We hold an annual concert with student performances at the end of Term 4. This year (2025) the concert was be held on Saturday, 6th December, in the Lincoln Heights School staff room.
Violin and viola lessons are in the Hall next to the main carpark, and Guitar lessons are in Room 17 next to the Hall. Recorder and Theory lessons are a bit farther down in Room 19. Flute lessons are held in the Library. Keyboard lessons will be held at a location to be determined. See the campus map below.
